Domestic Shipping

All packages are sent free of charge by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Tracking numbers will be sent by email once the package has been posted.  

All orders will be placed the next working day. For example, an order placed on Tuesday will be sent out on Wednesday. An order placed on Friday, or over the weekend, will be send out on Monday.  

International Shipping

Given we are still a small business, we are not yet offering standard international shipping. If you wish for us to post to you abroad, please fill in the form below with what you’d like to order and a shipping address and we’ll send you a quote.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bloomers, we'd love to know why and offer a refund.  We can only refund, unworn, unwashed garments. If you’re unsure, of the product please only wear / test one product from your order, and if needed, the remainder can be refunded.  

If you would like a refund, please fill out the form below, and we'll send you a returns label. Once products have been received in re-sellable condition, we will issue a refund. Please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed.  

Exchange

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, or would prefer to have bought a different style, we can exchange unworn, unwashed garments. Please use the form below and we’ll send you a returns label. Once the item has been received, we’ll re-send a new pair of Bloomers.

40 Days to Return

Refunds are available 40 days after purchase. This will hopefully be enough time for a cycle to try them out!
